This Delaware County Common Pleas Court handles civil cases that total more than $15,000 that can include, foreclosures, personal injury, worker's compensation, domestic relations, and all felony cases. Persons are entitled to represent themselves, but it is not advisable. Court sessions are open to the public, with the exception of the Grand Jury.
