Eligibility
Open to at-risk youth ages 16-24 from Richland and Crawford counties. Youth may qualify under these guidelines: * School Dropout * Youth involved with the justice system * Has a low income * Is a runaway or is homeless * Is in the foster care system * Currently pregnant or is parenting * Is disabled, deficient in basis skills * Requires help completing an educational program or holding employment
