Provides a full range of library services including reference, children's, adults' and teens' departments, audio-visual materials, computer access (to the catalog, numerous databases, and the Internet), and study equipment and space. Also offers original framed artwork by local artists for 12-week loan. Member of regional Clevenet consortium (allowing access to millions of items through shared catalog).

Fee
Nearly all library items are fine-free; items that may accrue fines are: Browser Books, Browser DVDs, Devices, Equipment, or Framed Art. The library must be reimbursed for any lost or damaged materials.
Eligibility
No restrictions to use services on site. Library cards are only issued to permanent residents of the State of Ohio, and to temporary residents who expect to reside in Ohio for at least six weeks.
