Serves male and female felons in Summit County who are eligible for community sanctions, medically able, and express a willingness to participate in the program. Clients are subject to random drug and alcohol tests.

Assists people in overcoming substance abuse and addiction. Provides suitable, reintegrating community corrections for those offenders who live in or are returning to the community.
