LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN PROPERTY TAX MATTERS | LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF CLEVELAND
Provides information on the tax foreclosure process for those who have been notified that their property taxes are overdue and they are in danger of having their property foreclosed for non-payment. Can assist taxpayers needing to communicate with organizations who may have purchased taxpayers' overdue taxes from local governments and who may be or are foreclosing on the tax payer.

Application process
May apply for services online, where applicants can schedule a call back to speak with an intake specialist. Click on "Apply for Free Legal Help" on the organization's web site to start the application process. May also call to speak with an intake specialist. In-person intake interviews may be available when necessary to ensure access to organization's services based on individual circumstances. Those who walk into the building M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm can fill out a card to request a call back from an intake specialist.
