The Findlay office serves Allen, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Delaware, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Logan, Lucas, Marion, Mercer, Morrow, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Shelby, Union, Van Wert, and Williams, Wood, and Wyandot counties. Massillon Office serves Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties. Hillsboro Office serves Adams, Butler, Brown, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Lawrence, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, and Warren counties. Tenants pay 30% of their monthly income for rent. Extra assistance may be available for persons with very low incomes, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
