Caregiver Consultation And Support For Veterans | United States Department Of Veterans Affairs

Offers support for individuals caring for eligible veterans with a serious illness or disability. Helps with obtaining caregiver assistance available through the VA and connecting with other local resources and programs. Eligible caregivers may qualify for skills training, peer support mentoring, and one-on-one and group coaching.

Open to caregivers of veterans who are enrolled in VA health care and registered to receive care at Cincinnati VA Medical Center. Caregivers must be age 18 or older.
