Complaints may be made by phone, mail, or online at https://www.hud.gov/fairhousing/fileacomplaint. Allegations must be filed within one year of the last date of the alleged discrimination under the Fair Housing Act. The Regional Fair Housing Office will initiate the case and may refer it to a Field Office closer to the reporter's area.
