Families are responsible to make monthly mortgage payments with a 0% interest 15-30 years.

Eligibility

Housing need, low-income (30%-80% of the area's median income), ability to pay and willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity, and complete volunteer hours (sweat equity). Participants do not have to reside in Lucas County prior to the program.
