Serves residents of Cuyahoga County. Agency accepts all survivors of domestic violence regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes transgender as well as gender diverse individuals.
Proof of income (accepts a variety of proofs including pay stubs, official statements from governmental entities issuing payments such as SSD/SSI, OWF, etc.

Call T-F: 10:00am-8:30pm; Sa: 9:00am-3:00pm to complete an intake for an appointment to arrange visitation or exchanges, or leave a message for staff any time. Separate appointments are required for custodial and non-custodial parents before visitation can be scheduled.

Sliding scale, based on income. Individuals who meet federal poverty guidelines (eligible for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families--TANF) may qualify for free services for both visitation and visitation exchanges.

Offers a space where children can visit with non-custodial parents. Also offers a place where parents may drop children off for visitation and have no contact with the other parent when there is a threat of domestic violence or a protection order.
