Eligibility
Families receiving this benefit must take their children to childcare providers who are certified by SCOJFS or are licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and under contract with SCOJFS. The childcare benefit is paid directly to the childcare provider or center and families are expected to pay a part of the cost based on income and family size.
