Eligibility
Serves Vietnam Veterans who are:
- Blind/legally blind.
- Paralyzed.
- Have an amputation.
- Burned over 50% of the body.
- Severe traumatic brain injury.
- Life threatening illness linked to Agent Orange exposure.
Required documents
- Copy of DD214.
- Photo ID (front and back).
- Completed application.
- VA Summary of Benefits letter and disability breakdown letter OR signed note from medical provider stating diagnosis.

Application process
Visit the website to complete an assistance request form. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Case managers will respond within 24 to 48 hours. Call the office for more information.

Assistance includes:
- Housing Grants: provides modifications, repairs, and adaptive home updates.
- Family Support Grants: offers financial assistance for rent or mortgage.
- Medical Care Grants: offers financial assistance to pay expenses not covered by insurance or VA.
- Transportation Grants: provides adaptive vehicle or modifications to existing vehicle and vehicle repairs.
