Provides emergency shelter for single adults. Includes case management services: accessing client benefit entitlements, providing housing search assistance, linking to appropriate agencies and services in the community, developing and following through on treatment plans with clients, attempting to link clients back into the mental health system, and monitoring to ensure basic needs are met.
