Beginning Friday, September 6th, 2024, applications can be filled out online only. The deadline for applications is Friday, October 11th, 2024. Complete only one application. Duplicate or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Use a 2nd application if applying for more than 5 children. The organization is not responsible for lost or late applications. For information, phone and leave a message 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or text the phone number or send an email. Instructions for registrants: Distribution days will be Wednesday, December 4th, through Friday, December 13th, 2024, from 6;00pm-7:30pm Monday through Thursday and 3:00pm-4:30pm Friday and Saturday (dates and times are subject to change). A representative from the Special Santa project will contact recipients when packages are ready. Recipients should not attempt to pick up packages until they have been notified. Valid contact information is very important. Email or text if updates are needed. All packages must be picked up by Friday, December 13th, at 4:30pm. Pickup location: Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library Annex Building, 140-145 South Paint Street. The person picking up the packages must bring ID for themselves and the child or children. ID can be photo ID, Social Security card, birth certificate, or medical insurance card. If anyone is picking up packages besides the adult who registered, their name MUST be listed on the application.
