Serves Tuscarawas County families at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty (WIC eligibility) who have a child less than 12 months old or are at least 32 weeks pregnant, who do not have a safe place for their infant to sleep, and who are willing to attend a safe sleep training demonstration.

Description

Provides a "Pack-n-Play®" portable crib, fitted sheets, a Halo Sleep Sack, Phillips pacifier, and educational materials to eligible families. A brief follow up call will be scheduled for a month after the baby is born or after a Pack 'N Play has been picked up for an existing child.
