Eligibility
- Serves youth and young adults up to age 23 who are in foster care, who have recently transitioned out of foster care, or who had an open, ongoing case with Children's Services within the last 24 months.
- Flex Funds financial assistance available only to young adults age 21-22 who aged out of foster care.

- Monday: 10:00am to 6:00pm.
- Tuesday - Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm.
- Closed on federal holidays.
