Provides a temporary place to stay for women and children who have no permanent housing. Harvest Home can accommodate up to 59 women and children. The length of stay is generally from 3 to 6 months. Supportive and rehabilitation services include meals, snacks, case management, individual counseling, career development program, an after school program for the school-age children, evening devotions, classes for adults, tutoring for children, Bible study/individual discipleship, limited childcare, summer programs/field trips, and student nurses to answer basic medical questions. Offers Future Story, a Social Enterprise and Job Training program to empower women by teaching them skills in sewing, design, and gardening, and to assist participants with launching a micro-business.
