Eligibility

Open to Hamilton County residents who are a veteran, active-duty member of the Armed Forces of the United States, or the spouse, surviving spouse, dependent parent, minor child, or ward of a veteran or an active-duty member of the Armed Forces.

Social security card (Or Social Security number),Military service documentation (Copy of veteran’s Discharge from Active Duty, DD214, WE-53-55 form, or verification letter from the Department of Veterans Affairs database),Requested as needed.
