Provides assistance for veterans who are having difficulty understanding and/or obtaining the full benefits to which they are entitled based on service to their country. Offers help understanding the eligibility criteria for benefits, the benefits provided, the payment process, and the rights of beneficiaries. Also provides help completing benefits application forms.
