Provides services include several fitness classes from arthritis classes to water aerobics. Swim lessons for all ages. Instruction is caring and personalized and private lessons are also available. YMCA swim lessons not only teach swimming but also teach water safety, rescue skills, aquatic and boating safety, as well as water activities to enjoy for a lifetime.
