Partnering with Summit County Job and Family Services to provide one-on-one case management assistance with cash, food, or medical assistance/benefits. Case managers can assist with turning in documents, applying or re-applying for assistance, reporting case changes, and other case/eligibility questions. - At Helen Arnold, a child care case manager will also be on site to apply for or renew child care services, answer case or eligibility questions, scan documents and verifications, and more.
