Eligibility
- Serves residents of Summit County.
- Must work at least 20 hours per week at intake and ongoing.
- Must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Must have experienced a reduction in public benefit assistance (such as a reduction in SNAP benefits or child care benefits) due to increased wages.

Call the office at 330-630-4646 for more information. Email [email protected] to start the application process. Include legal name, home address, and the last four (4) digits of your Social Security number. Using this information provided via email, NEXT staff will pre-screen for initial enrollment requirements. Those that may be eligible per this pre-screening will be provided with a link to complete the online NEXT program application.

Provides success coaching, financial coaching, and peer mentoring to support continued employment for individuals who experience a reduction in public assistance due to increase of income. Offers work supports such as job clothing/tools, help with transportation, and may assist with emergencies regarding child care issues and housing. Requires a time commitment of approximately our (4) hours per month and provides up to $7,000 in cash incentives for achieving mandatory and optional goals.
