Eligibility
People of any age in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania or Tennessee who are seeking assistance to access their pension benefits. Or, if the company they retired from was/is headquartered in one of these states.

Application process
Call the helpline at 866-783-5021. The Intake Specialist will collect basic information and schedule a time for a pension attorney to speak with the caller by phone.

Provides knowledgeable attorneys who can give advice about pension laws and pension rights; assistance in resolving pension problems with employers. Client may be advised as to self-help measures. Staff will also pursue problems on the client's behalf, and can refer to other attorneys in various Ohio cities who can handle litigation and other complex situations.
