Provides opportunities for summer study/internship experiences. Program includes resume writing, interviewing, and workplace ethics, as well as internship experiences with participating institutions or businesses. Provides a weekly stipend to participants. Capacity of 75 in program/year.

Must be an honor or merit roll student at a high school in Cuyahoga County, aged 16-18 (completing their junior year of high school.
