Smart Self Management Program | Epilepsy Alliance Ohio
An 8 week online (Zoom) self-management program led by a Nurse Educator and Peer Educator. Each weekly 60 minute session follows a curriculum such as medication compliance, stress management techniques, importance of diet and exercise with epilepsy, sleep and epilepsy. Excellent Program designed to help those transitioning from high school to college, people newly diagnosed, or those struggling with the challenges presented by living with epilepsy.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 and over. Will consider 17 year old, with a parent participating with their child.
