Eligibility
- Any Ohio resident may obtain a Twinsburg Public Library Card. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present to apply and co-sign for a library card.
- Homebound delivery service is available to individuals residing in the Twinsburg school district who are unable to come to the library due to illness, disability, or caregiver responsibilities.
Required documents
Library card applicants must have a current IDs with present address and another document to confirm present address.

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am to 8:00pm.
Friday - Saturday: 10:00am to 6:00pm.
