Classes may be available to people who would like the support of a group to quit smoking, using a positive approach. Program leaders help smokers develop an individual plan to stop smoking, with smokers quitting by the 3rd session. Final sessions concentrate on how to stay a nonsmoker; also info on exercise, relaxation and avoiding weight gain.
