Eligibility
Serves current Tuscarawas County WIC participants who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women; as well as children who are age 6 months to 5 years when the coupons are issued.
Required documents
In order to receive coupons, you must bring your WIC Nutrition Card as identification.
Hours
The WIC Farm Market Nutrition Program runs from July through October.

Call the office at extension 1540 for more information. Available on a first come, first serve basis, while supplies last.
Fees
No fee. Coupons may be used on the day they are received and at participating farmers markets any time the markets are open through October 31st. When redeeming a FMNP coupon, must come as close to $5 as possible. No change, IOUs, or rainchecks will be given.

Offers six (6) coupons to WIC clients worth $5 each to purchase Ohio-grown fresh fruits, vegetables and/herbs at Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) locations. Vouchers can be redeemed at WIC approved vendors for fresh produce items listed in the brochure that will be provided at voucher distribution.
