Eligibility
- Serves residents of Wadsworth, Wadsworth Township, Doylestown, and Rittman who are in need.
- Clients may apply for assistance once every six (6) months.
- Members of the same household must request assistance as a group rather than individually.
Required documents
- Proof of address. Driver's license is preferred but those who have moved recently may use a current utility bill or lease agreement.
- For utilities: Must provide current and previous month's utility bill.
- For rent: Lease agreement and landlord's contact information. An eviction notice is not required.
- For auto repair: Varies depending on need.
