Eligibility
Serves Veterans with visual impairments or blindness that meet the following criteria: - Is legally blind. - Has completed Orientation and Mobility Training. - Is physically able to care for a dog and walk at least one (1) mile per day. - Is financially able to care for a dog (such as paying for food and veterinary care).
