Application process
Download application online, pick up from office, or phone to have one mailed M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm. Organization will review application and contact applicant regarding eligibility. Walk in to borrow tools or reserve online or by phone. Staff can provide advice on how to use tools.
Fee
Fixed annual membership fee; some tools require an additional fee when borrowed. Additional fees on overdue tools. Free to those who have taken a class from the agency.
Eligibility
Residents of Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, the Buckeye neighborhood of Cleveland,or Euclid or people who have taken one of the organization's classes. Must live in or own property where tools will be used.

Works to help homeowners preserve and revitalize housing. Teaches repair skills and maintains a repair library of handouts and videos. Provides classes and individual counseling on budgeting, credit and mortgage lending, as well as foreclosure intervention.
