Wscc Culinary Academy | West Side Catholic Center

Provides an entry level culinary training program that focuses on practical kitchen skills and culinary knowledge. Provides in-depth classroom studies and hands on development of basic kitchen skills. The program includes the "ServeSafe Course" as well as interaction and practical experiences with multiple food service operations. Students can receive a paid stipend during the program and restaurant internship opportunities.
