- Serves residents of Lorain County with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- Applicants must also meet case acceptance guidelines.
Required documents

- Must provide all papers related to legal problem and a signed release of information forms to receive assistance.

- Appeals from unfavorable decisions at the Determination stage, Redetermination stage, or hearing level (must be within one (1) week of Unemployment Compensation Review Commission (UCRC) transfer notice, and if hearing date set, at least 10 days prior to hearing);
- Recent or past overpayments.
