Description

Ohio Works First (OWF) is the financial assistance portion of the state's Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) program. It provides cash benefits to eligible families for up to 36 months. If you and your family are refugees and you are not eligible for OWF, you may be able to receive Cash Assistance through the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program for your first 12 months in the United States.
