Participants must:

  • be a resident of Grant County
  • locate a rental unit that meets local housing codes and standards
  • remain in the rented unit for at least one year
  • have a household income at or below 60% of the area median income

Description

Provides temporary monthly rent payment assistance to eligible households interested in renting from a private landlord or rental agency. Participating households must pay at least 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent costs. The remaining rent costs will be paid by NKCAC on behalf of the household.
