UNION COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT - SIGHT FOR STUDENTS - EYE CARE EXPENSE ASSISTANCE, EYE GLASSES, EYE EXAM BILLS | UNION COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Sight for Students provides an eye exam and glasses for eligible children under age 18. Children cannot be covered by any insurance including Medicaid. Application is completed at the Union County Health Department and submitted to Sight for Students for approval. Upon approval a voucher is issued for parents to pay for eye exam and glasses.

The UCHD is made up of four divisions: Nursing, Environmental Health, Health Promotion, and Vital Statistics, providing services directly to residents as well as services that protect the community as a whole.
