Eligibility
Open to unhoused population of Wayne County. Does not allow anyone who is on the registered sex offender list in any state; has an active sex offense charge or open charge; been convicted of arson, murder, or other violent felonies (at the staff's discretion); anyone in possession of drugs (including marijuana), alcohol, or drug paraphernalia; and anyone with a weapon.
