Provides evaluation of individuals to determine the nature and extent of his/her abuse, misuse, and/or addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs. Provide a standardized screening and assessment to determine appropriate levels of care. Case management may be provided to assist and support individuals in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services essential to meeting basic human needs. Provides counseling to help youth achieve substance use and alcohol treatment objectives. In all cases, the child's family will be included in the assessment, case management, and counseling process.
