- Call for an appointment at the Sheffield Village location. - Clients may walk in for an assessment at the main office located at 6140 South Broadway in Lorain (44053) Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 2:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. - Clients should plan to be there for at least two (2) hours for initial visit. - If bringing a child – Child(ren) must be accompanied by their legal guardian who must stay with the child for the entire session. Custody paperwork will be required for a child to be seen unless both parents come. If one is a single mother, never married with no custody paperwork filed with the courts there will be no custody paperwork needed. - If bringing multiple children – Each child and the legal guardian will go through the process individually, they will each have their own session, and the legal guardian must be present for each session.
