Serves residents of the City of Akron. Transactions fair housing laws cover include houses, apartments, mobile homes, beach rentals, time shares, vacant lots for residential use, nursing homes, student housing, loan and other credit applications, zoning application and permits, burial plots, housing-related services and almost anything related to housing.
