Residents of Franklin County who have Active TB and their close contacts and immigrant and refugee arrivals with a TB status of Class A, Class B1, or Class B2 (with associated paperwork).

Mon 8 am-2:15 pm. Tue 10 am-6:15 pm. Wed 8 am-11:15 am. Thu, Fri 8 am-4:15 pm.

Patient is responsible for co-pays and deductible. Sliding fee scale available for individuals without health insurance. Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, Caresource and United Healthcare.

Provides treatment and case management services for Franklin County residents who have, or suspected to have, active TB disease and Latent TB Infection. Services referrals to TB skin test, referral for x-rays, investigation and follow-up, direct observational therapy and community education. No longer does testing at the clinic.
