Eligibility
Must meet WIC income guidelines which are 185% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines but can be eligible up to 200% of Poverty Income Guidelines if receiving assistance from:
- Ohio Works First
- SNAP Food Assistance
- Medicaid Programs.

Walk-in clinic: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.
In order to best serve participants for certification please visit the office between 8am-11am and 12:30pm-3:30pm.
