Low-moderate income individuals and families in Geauga County. Income must be at or less than approximately 80% of the Area Median Income. As of 2024 80% AMI monthly income for Geauga County: Household of 1 - $54,450; 2- $62,200; 3 - $70,000; 4 - $77,750; 5 - $84,000).
Must be approved for a unit in Geauga County within 3-4 weeks of move-in. Lease must be for at least one year. Household income level must be enough to cover rent after receiving assistance. Landlord and tenant must participate in a safety assessment of the property.
Identification required (one of the following): Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, State I.D. or Driver's License. Other documents may vary depending on the applicant's situation (agency will advise).
