Franklin County residents who are uninsured or underinsured who are at or below 300% of Federal Poverty Level. Eligible patients qualify for a year at a time.
Required documents
Patients must provide proof of household income and proof of residency in Franklin County. Physicians can send the patient’s prescriptions electronically.
