Franklin County residents who are uninsured or underinsured who are at or below 300% of Federal Poverty Level. Eligible patients qualify for a year at a time.

Required documents

Patients must provide proof of household income and proof of residency in Franklin County. Physicians can send the patient’s prescriptions electronically.

Phone appointment required for new patients. Use website to schedule appointment online: www.charitablepharmacy.org. Please schedule 3-4 business days before medications run out as the medications are rarely able to be ready the same day as intake.
