Senior Companion Program | Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio

The Senior Companion Program is an AmeriCorps Senior Progarm that pair companions with older adults to provide non-medical services, including socialization, phone reassurance, medication reminders, assistance with daily activities, respite, and transportation. Senior companions receive a modest stipend, paid training, mileage reimbursement, personal paid time, and supplemental insurance.

Eligibility

Individuals must be 55 or older and meet income requirements - $27,180 or less for a single person household and $36,620 or less for a two person household.

Stipend will not impact eligibility for SSI, SSDI, housing, or other benefits.
