HIV/AIDS - TESTING, TREATMENT AND EDUCATION | CENTERS FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN - THE
Offers anonymous HIV testing, screening, and pre and post-test counseling. Provides medical treatment, information and referrals to community resources, and mental health services to persons infected with HIV who are not yet showing symptoms of AIDS. Can work with individuals to secure medications through patient assistance or insurance programs. Provides case management services to HIV patients. Also offers HIV prevention education for groups.

Walk in for testing service. To set up an appointment for treatment or for educational programming, phone M-F: 9:00am-5:00pm.
Fee
Third-party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Financial Counselors on site assess payment based on income for those without insurance. Sliding fee scale rates are applied based on income, scales goes to zero.
Eligibility
Persons 13 or older. Education for community groups.
