On site, in-person assistance is available M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm. Live route/fare information is available by phone through the Answerline M-F: 7:00am-6:00pm and Sat: 8:00am-4:30pm. Automated information is available 24 hours, 7 days a week through the Answerline and on the website.

Provides one-on-one and group travel training to help seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate Cuyahoga County's public transit system. Offers instruction on reading and understanding route maps, paying fares, purchasing tickets, and getting on and off the bus/train safely. Also offers other accessibility instruction as well throughout the program.

Operates a public transportation system with bus and Rapid Transit service. Provides service on nearly 50 routes. Free trolley service available downtown. Paratransit service available in most areas of Cuyahoga County. Primarily services Cuyahoga County, but offers some connections to other counties. Mobility Specialists are also available off site at the Cuyahoga County Employment and Family Services Neighborhood Family Service Centers.
