Description

Provides a shelter for families and individuals seeking freedom from domestic violence. Services include around the clock crisis intervention, support, referral, intake for shelter services, and advocacy for civil protection orders. In-shelter services include food, shelter, advocacy, ongoing support, counseling, as well as out of shelter follow-up. Emergency Cell phones are provided to residents. Shelter will help clients who are moving from the shelter into stable housing (such as an apartment) with acquiring household items and furniture.

Provides a broad continuum of community-based services to individuals and families in Northeast Ohio. Services include hot meals, emergency groceries, shelters for the homeless, emergency housing assistance, services for children, support for victims of domestic violence, veteran’s assistance, community and senior outreach, and full clinical services including counseling, case management, psychiatry and addiction services. Services provided vary by county.
