Summer Crisis Program (EHEAP) | Pickaway County Community Action

HEAP provides eligible clients (175% Federal Poverty guidelines) a one-time utility payment. The Summer program runs from July 1 to September 30. The Summer Crisis program has age and disability eligibility criteria which may vary from year to year. PICCA's HEAP staff can provide additional information.

To apply for the Summer Crisis Program, consumers need to contact their local community action agency. The community action agency determines the benefits that can be provided. The program is available from July 1 until September 30, 2022.
