Rental subsidy based on income. This is like a 30% discount off fair market rate for other similar rental units. But you still have to be income eligible for the discount. This is a tax credit property.

Required documents

Applications are always in the white mailbox outside office door. Every adult must fill out separate application when applying unless you're married and there is a $20 application fee per application.

$20 application fee, apartment fees vary, call for information. If there is a waiting list the apartment manager will not collect the application fee until their application comes to the top of the list. Application fee is used for a background check.
