Customer Service And Computers Training Program | Step Forward

Provides preparation for customer service work. Teaches communication skills, human relations and attitudes, telephone techniques, and getting along with difficult people. Basic computer instruction in Windows, keyboarding, Word, and Excel is included.

Hours

M-F: 9:00am-3:00pm for 6 weeks. Program is offered approximately every 7 weeks. Participants should start at the beginning of the course.

Application process

Call site for schedule and intake. Participants should register about a week before course starts, if possible. No walk-ins. Clients must wear masks, and will have their temperature taken upon arrival.

Free, including all materials.

Eligibility

Open to residents of Cuyahoga County who are age 19 or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and have income up to 125% of poverty level.
